Hello Doki Doki Digest denizens! I wanted to give everyone an update on the website as it isn’t coming together as quickly as we had hoped. But fear not! We are operational and content on the way!

The original intention when we launched in December 2024 was to have all 60+ old articles reformatted for the new site within January, and to start podcasts at that time as well. If you’ve been following along on our stunted growth, you’ll notice that hasn’t happened. We’ve managed roughly 20 so far, with the rest waiting in drafts to be adjusted.

RJ has had to relocate unexpectedly, leaving them to make due with working from temporary lodgings. The time that they had allotted to updating old work and starting new work became time spent rearranging their life and schedule to meet other demands and deadlines.

Scum attempted to hold down the fort with the website, but she was already focused on starting up her streaming channel – and it has flourished! She made Twitch affiliate in a little over a month’s time, and also updates her YouTube channel with VoDs of her streams.

The good news is we have finally outlined our first new articles, and we have several games already lined up to talk about both in reviews and for our podcast. The podcast is being scheduled, and will start airing next month (March 2025). Unfortunately, with RJ being transient at the moment, the schedule for releases and additional recordings will be sporadic until they move into their final location in May 2025.

Old articles will continue to be released, just now at the same time as new articles. We are determined to bring you a smorgasbord of content for you to delight in, and will strive to continue to build and expand and cover all the things that make your heart doki doki.
